At Katie’s Books, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Books
Books are sold directly by Katie’s Books. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the problem.

Merchandise
Merchandise, including mugs, clothing and other Katie’s Family Tales products, is produced and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Please note that merchandise is shipped separately from books and will incur additional postage costs. Merchandise will not be included in the same delivery as your book.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product. The estimated delivery time and postage cost will be shown at checkout.

If there is an issue with a merchandise order, please contact us and we will help you with the next steps.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
